Grow Grand Island Arts Consensus Workshop on Purpose

With all that’s happening in the world right now sometimes it is important focus in on that one passion that gives you great purpose.  Something that you normally would have been doing.  That normal thing for the Grow Grand Island Arts committee was to come together using the Zoom platform and participate in a consensus workshop.

This group is so much fun to work with.  They rolled with the technical setup, adapted quickly, utilized break out rooms and in the end came up with some very compelling purposes for the Grow Grand Island Arts committee.

I hosted a focused conversation with this group in March and found out that they were most definitely invested in redesigning their purpose and ready to get started.  They needed a target and the consensus workshop was the tool to get them there.

I look forward to assisting this group with their next planning session and more importantly I look forward to seeing this group implement their vision for a active arts and humanities group for the Greater Grand Island area.

If you your group needs guidance in their conversations and planning for the future please reach out.  While I would love to meet with groups in person workshops can be converted to the Zoom platform successfully.
